About The Build
EDG Projects was engaged to lead the design upgrades of the Lalor Park Hotel, a
well-established pub located in one of Sydney’s key growth corridors, Blacktown. Our design
approach responded to the evolving needs of the local community, ensuring the venue appeals to a
broad demographic while enhancing its commercial potential.
The renovation scope included spatial reconfiguration and aesthetic enhancements across the
gaming lounge, high-end bistro, and TAB areas. The result is a revitalised hospitality venue that
seamlessly balances functionality with atmosphere – whether patrons are enjoying a family lunch,
trying their luck in the gaming lounge, or catching a race.
